We had these so we could buy a house just to dropped 3 days before Christmas2025. We had to pay out for a new solicitor and pay out to Change for the mortgage just to find out that the searches that these were done was out of date which was resulted in us losing the property that we wanted to buy. So now we have to look again, she wasted three months of backwards and forwards .oh don’t worry I am make a formal complaint as she has lost us a lot of money and lost us the property. With very upset kids .

A bit of a late review as my mortgage was finalised in March 2025, but the service I have received from Sills & Betteridge Solicitors Lincoln was amazing! Our solicitor Ellinor Kilshaw was exceptional and if it wasn't for her going the extra mile we wouldn't be living in our dream home right now! She was quick, responsive and professional! Would recommend any day of the week!

Sarah Rowe was completely incompetent when handling my matter, no appreciation for the stress these situations create and a complete failure to acknowledge and allow sufficient time to prepare for court and the deadlines. Avoid at all costs

Excellent service throughout, selling my former home and purchasing my new one.

I cannot thank Tiffany and Dawn enough for all of their help and support throughout both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new home. The whole process was handled professionally, efficiently and with great communication from start to finish. Buying and selling at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but they made everything feel far more manageable and were always available to answer questions and keep me updated. What really stood out was the care and understanding shown during what was a very emotional and difficult period personally. I always felt reassured that everything was being dealt with properly and in my best interests. A special thank you to them both for being so patient, supportive and approachable throughout.
