From the off this company were both professional and courteous in all that they did, however and whilst conducting this approach, they were still able at the same time to make you feel valued and put you at ease. It would be remiss of me not to single out Rachael McGuire, who dealt with all our needs whilst selling our property. She kept us fully informed throughout. She was happy to see you in person or via calls or emails and nothing was too much trouble for her. When required, she took her time and explained things that we did not fully understand and then followed this up with us. I am now completing a property purchase through which S&B have been acting as my conveyancing solicitors. As a first time buyer, I was very apprehensive about the process and all that it entails but Jess Barnes and her team have been an incredible support during this very trying time! Don't get back to you after many calls and emails, no updates they've lost documents and then asked for another payment to get the same document made!!! Avoid Avoid!! when you complain, they stop acting on behalf of you!!! Nottingham branch and Derby branch
