Sills & Betteridge was recommended to me to use for a claim against a former employer, and from day one I was pleased with the information coming back to me from Simon Breedon. My claim was almost at the point of missing the deadline of 3 years, but Simon went out of his way to make sure that he would do everything in his power to make sure the deadline would be met. And I have to say after a very long time and circumstances that was not in his control the firm managed to get me a result which was satisfactory for me. And I would most certainly recommend Sills & Betteridge to other to use.

After a very difficult and acrimonious divorce to settle both a child arrangement order and financial remedy, Lisa and her team were a constant source of stability and guidance throughout. I achieved a result in both Child arrangement proceedings and financial remedy that I was happy with.

Words cannot really express how helpful this form were with a situation I found myself in but I will try. Right from the initial phone conversation instigated by myself, every member of their team had the right information at the time I needed it. Rebecca Daly went above and beyond when my legal aid was on hold, she was still there so I didn't feel cast aside. If I need to explore a legal outcome to any situation in future, I know where I will be going. Thank you Rebecca and all of the team there.
Useless waste of time. I was told by multiple people to change solicitor for being useless and I ignored them to my own stupidity. £25,000 and 2 years lost and nothing to show for it. Avoid at all costs. They are only bothered by the cost of their time for time spent doing nothing. A bunch of wet wipes pretending to be solicitors. I would of been better off representing myself. Pathetic. Again avoid at all costs.

Accessing the mediation service was straightforward and easy from the start. The initial enquiry process was smooth, and communication was clear throughout. Booking dates was slightly hectic at first, as my preferred slots were taken quite quickly, but the team responded promptly and kept me updated. They offered alternative dates that were as close as possible to my requested time, which I really appreciated. All documentation was sent out expediently and without confusion, making the preparation process simple and stress-free. The mediation appointment itself was conducted extremely professionally. Everything was handled calmly, respectfully, and with clear structure, which made what could have been a difficult process feel well managed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service provided. Alistair Thomson took over from Katherine Proctor to deal with the execution of my husband's will. What follows applies to both of them. I found Katherine very approachable. I had a meeting with her before my husband died. At this time she explained to me what the process would be. She met again with me and I told her what I wished to do myself and what I wanted her to deal with. She was systematic in her approach, always having the necessary documents ready for me. She was always willing to spend time explaining things I did not understand. There was a seamless transition when Alistair took over . He persisted until all the loose ends were tied up. Both were good at keeping me in the picture about what was happening.

I cannot recommend Natalie Wiles highly enough. She supported me through an incredibly stressful and emotionally draining 5 & 1/2 year divorce involving a very difficult and high-conflict ex-partner, which ultimately went all the way to a final court hearing.
