I have used Talisa and her team for years now and i will never go anywhere else. Other people i know have had so many issues with other companies with things like really poor communication and speed issues but this team are just incredible. They keep you updated, they make you feel like you are the most important person they are dealing with and not just a number.

S&B came recommended based on the fact that they keep the client informed regarding progress, which was important for me. My purchase should have been straightforward but a few complications extended the timeline, S&B were clearly more proactive that my seller's solicitor which was frustrating especially as my seller was as keen as I to complete. I thing S&B performed far better than others I have used and I'm sure had I used a competitor the process would have taken even longer. Very friendly and professional throughout.
