I have used Talisa and her team for years now and i will never go anywhere else. Other people i know have had so many issues with other companies with things like really poor communication and speed issues but this team are just incredible. They keep you updated, they make you feel like you are the most important person they are dealing with and not just a number.

I contacted the Mediation Service on behalf of a Client. My questions were answered with clarity and my Client was able to speak to the Legal Adviser who informed him of the process.
