    Nadia is a superstar!

    Nadia Irwin at Wollens is some kind of superhero in disguise. I am a first time buyer in my 40s and whilst getting all of our information together was a breeze, unfortunately the vendors solicitors were nowhere near as efficient or organised which caused us weeks of headaches. Nadia was amazing though and kept me up to date every step of the way and really fought my corner against the vendors solicitors who were just totally unreasonable. Before I appointed a solicitor for my purchase, everyone told me that I wouldn't have a good experience and that whoever I chose would be hard work and that I would need to constantly push for results, but it couldn't have been further from the truth. If you are looking for a friendly, professional and efficient solicitor with great communication for your house purchase/sale then look no further.

    Excellent support and work in a really tight time frame

    Steve and Nicky were incredible during our recent house purchase. Their communication was clear throughout, which made a stressful process much easier to manage. We were working to a very tight deadline and weren’t sure it would be achievable, but thanks to their hard work and organisation, it was. Steve was consistently thorough, professional, and reassuring, and he even brought a bit of humour to the more challenging moments, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steve, Nicky, and the wider Wollens team. If we ever move again, we’ll be using them without question.

    1st class conveyancing

    After a lengthy time trying to buy a home in North Devon and 3 properties falling through, I decided to use Nadia at Wollens as I was impressed with her work when she was conveyancing for someone else on another property that I had been trying to buy. Management companies that oversee buildings and estates are becoming more commonplace nowadays and at times they don't make things easy, but Nadia worked hard to make sure things worked. Nadia is highly recommended.
