Transfer of property’s

Very professional solicitor but also very helpful & friendly to deal with . Helen helped us to put a little pressure on my brothers by asking for them to agree to what we had in our business account was to be split three way between the three brothers & to agree to the figure I had got it too before the exchange of contracts . Which by doing so it helped to bring the business to a amicable conclusion in a roundabout way so Helen did a good professional job on the transfer of properties which was quite complex because of there being 3 residential properties & 1 commercial property plus some of the property’s were the wife’s as well so as I say it was. quite complex

Exceeded my Expectations

I would like to formally express my sincere appreciation to Anthony Le for his exceptional support, professionalism and unwavering commitment throughout the handling of a highly challenging and ethically complex litigation matter involving one of our clients. I first engaged with Anthony in August 2023 to discuss concerns relating to a long standing dispute with one of our blue chip clients in Manchester. This matter has spanned approximately two and a half years with extensive correspondence and escalating uncertainty. The situation had become increasingly overwhelming and the prospect of litigation was both daunting and emotionally taxing. From the outset Anthony demonstrated a clear structured and highly professional approach. He provided transparent guidance and the appropriate steps to taken ensuring that I fully understood the legal position and the strategic considerations at each stage. His calm measured manner and ability to simplify complex issues brought much needed clarity during a period of significant pressure. Over the course of more than 30 months of back and forth communication with the opposing party the process naturally became exhausting. However, Anthony’s consistent support, expertise and steady leadership made the situation manageable, allowing me to navigate each development with confidence. Ultimately, with Anthony’s guidance CSR was able to reach an out of court settlement that represented a fair and mutually beneficial outcome. This resolution not only protected our position but also brought closure to a matter that had been ongoing for far too long. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Anthony for his dedication, patience and professionalism throughout this journey. As he advised from the very beginning the process would be challenging for all involved, yet his reassurance and expertise gave me the confidence to weather the storm and approach each day with renewed perspective. We chose Slater Heelis on Cross Street, Sale, as they have a physical presence in the office. We found our lawyer Helen Taylor, her secretary Alison Sorton and Executive Lisa Watson to be very professional and efficient, yet friendly and pleasant to deal with. Conveyancing was smooth, orderly, well-managed and they took the stress out of things. Communication was timely and they honoured our preferred method which made matters easier to track. Thank you also to the ladies on reception. The cost of the service compared well to others and was reasonable. We would recommend and will definitely consider using their services again.

Reassuring to have someone so experienced

Rachel was recommended to me by another lawyer who I had worked with in a different area of law. I contacted Rachel by email, an got a response within hours that she was in court and would call be when she was finished. She did just that even though it was after 6.30pm on a Friday. Dispute Resolution

Probate ... resolving family dispute

Three siblings, two siblings against one, all executors of the will with fives issues to be resolved. Mediation was suggested by friends but none of the siblings wanted to pay £10,000+. One sibling contacted Slater Heelis regarding resolution, in particular property, and was referred internally to Daniel Stern, Head of Property Litigation - Dispute Resolution. He dealt with the solicitors representing the other two siblings and wrote the settlement agreement which the other two siblings signed. Family relations have 'normalised'. Friends who have been through complicated divorces insisted I get a lawyer, or end up with nothing, are delighted with the outcome. Needless to say I am glad Daniel was my solicitor as he absolutely resolved the conflict.
