Road traffic accident with an injury needing a hip replacement

Very prompt response. Simon Adamson engaged and listened attentively to my parents and worked at a pace that my parents were comfortable with. He explained the process clearly and simply. Simon Adamson provided outstanding support throughout my mum’s personal injury claim following her Uber accident. Over the finishing line

It was a slow start due to some incorrect date from the 3rd party, but then moved on a pace. I was impressed with the referrals sent. The psychologist was excellent. However the Orth consultant not to my expected standards bearing in mind i work in a hospital environment especially around Patient Experience. I think a fair deal was struck and appreciate the communications at every stage. Simon is level headed and even handed so felt i could trust his judgements.

Probate ... resolving family dispute

Three siblings, two siblings against one, all executors of the will with fives issues to be resolved. Mediation was suggested by friends but none of the siblings wanted to pay £10,000+. One sibling contacted Slater Heelis regarding resolution, in particular property, and was referred internally to Daniel Stern, Head of Property Litigation - Dispute Resolution. He dealt with the solicitors representing the other two siblings and wrote the settlement agreement which the other two siblings signed. Family relations have 'normalised'. Friends who have been through complicated divorces insisted I get a lawyer, or end up with nothing, are delighted with the outcome. Needless to say I am glad Daniel was my solicitor as he absolutely resolved the conflict.
