Thorough and diligent with enquiries to my seller's solicitor. Usually quick to respond to my questions and explaining the implications to me in "layman's terms". I was once mixed up, via an email, with another client but the error was quickly revoked.

Incredibly unprofessional, took ages to do really simples things and every time I called there was an excuse of why things had not been done. Once I called and was called a liar and told to calm down after getting frustrated for not being told where we were in the process. Made the whole process a lot more stressful and wish we had gone with different solicitors.
