Three siblings, two siblings against one, all executors of the will with fives issues to be resolved. Mediation was suggested by friends but none of the siblings wanted to pay £10,000+. One sibling contacted Slater Heelis regarding resolution, in particular property, and was referred internally to Daniel Stern, Head of Property Litigation - Dispute Resolution. He dealt with the solicitors representing the other two siblings and wrote the settlement agreement which the other two siblings signed. Family relations have 'normalised'. Friends who have been through complicated divorces insisted I get a lawyer, or end up with nothing, are delighted with the outcome. Needless to say I am glad Daniel was my solicitor as he absolutely resolved the conflict.

Liam did a very professional job and put my wife and myself at ease on our first visit and kept us informed every step of the way and when we came in to sign our wills he went through and explained everything and made sure that we understood everything before signing them. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Liam.
