Urgent attention at the busiest time of year

I contacted Poole Alcock for assistance with an employment matter. Despite the timing (July) when people were trying to take their Summer vacation, the service was excellent. Poole Alcock were excellent from start to finish when my partner and I purchased our first home - completion Sept 2023.

They clearly explained their fees (which were fixed and very reasonable), responded to any queries immediately, chased up the seller's solicitor quickly and we're always available to help us through the many first time buyer questions (and nerves).

As a first time buyer I cannot believe how easy they made the whole thing for us - they were always ready to go with the next part of the process, friendly and professional, and reassured us every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amelia and her team, Daisy and Katy, were fantastic throughout and a pleasure to work with.

Having recently contacted Poole Alcock regarding a matrimonial problem I found the staff to be very helpful and professional which was exactly what i needed.
