Conveyancing

In 2020 my wife and I decided to purchase our first Buy to Let property. When we found the property I was asked by the sellers agent if I had a solicitor. I said I was intending to use Poole Alcock. The agent said ‘I wouldn’t do that. They are too big, will be slow and you won’t get a good service’. I ignored this remark as having worked with Dan Brooks on another family matter I had grown to know, like and trust him and I was confident that he and his team wouldn’t let me down.

My decision was completely vindicated. Poole Alcock were efficient, helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. They guided us through the process and made it as painless as possible. They gave sound advice and were transparent on fees, which were also reasonable. We will certainly be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I think when getting Legal advice it can be a real mistake to go for the cheapest price!

I am glad I did not do that and instructed Pool Alcock to act on my behalf in a land dispute.

Everything was left to them and this resulted in winning my case - it looked like the person I was in dispute with went for the 'cheaper' Solicitor...

A special mention for one of the partners Daniel Brookes who was superb from start to finish.

Highly recommended..........
