We have recently moved house and the service from the Solicitors was First Class - we were always kept informed of progress and given reasons for the hold-ups when they did occur, and given advice on how to make sure the relationships with buyer and seller went as smoothly as possible. The actual move on the day itself also went through without any hitch and the solicitor arranged for the transfer of £ and payment of things like stamp duty &c. proficiently and without any problems.

The process to produce, deliver and lodge our wills and LPA's, and the fees involved, were carefully and comprehensively explained to us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT USE Used "move with us," and they recommended levi solicitors leeds. Was told it was £1200. No move, no fee, and as there was no chain around 12 weeks. In total £1960 and 16 weeks. Continually inventing new add ons that are nesscery.

Thorough and diligent with enquiries to my seller's solicitor. Usually quick to respond to my questions and explaining the implications to me in "layman's terms". I was once mixed up, via an email, with another client but the error was quickly revoked.
