    Property deed transfer.

    Required a transfer of title/deeds as a gift to a family member. Alan was highly professional throughout the process and expedited the transfer very quickly. He was clearly with his advise and made it very clear that he was acting in only my own best interests. He suggested that the family member could consult their own legal representative as well. He also arranged the transfer of the property to ensure the property management company were aware informed and agreed to the proposal. Highly recommended. Alan is a professional, friendly and knowledgeable individual and an excellent advocate for a layperson such as myself.

      House Sale/Purchase - Team Marshall

      We recently completed both a house sale and purchase with Levi Solicitors and were assigned to Team Marshall, who were superb throughout the entire process. We communicated regularly with Anneka Eden, who was always quick to respond to emails, kept us updated throughout, and provided reassurance whenever we needed it. Her professionalism, communication, and proactive approach made a huge difference during what can often be a stressful experience. Towards the end of the process, we also communicated with Aimee Hoad, who was equally exceptional and ensured everything continued to progress smoothly through to completion. In truth, Team Marshall put the other solicitors in our sale and purchase chain to shame. If it wasn’t for the team’s knowledge, persistence, and proactive handling of matters, it’s unlikely we would have completed when we did. We would highly recommend Team Marshall at Levi Solicitors to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future.
