After making contact on a Friday afternoon with Jeffrey and a short conversation. He immediately got to work on the Monday morning. By Wednesday he had got the whole situation in his grasp. By Friday a full report and conversation with myself gave clarity to my position and how to proceed.

The process to produce, deliver and lodge our wills and LPA's, and the fees involved, were carefully and comprehensively explained to us. Everything started abit slow even though we made it clear we would like to be prioritised as we had a set time, however when it came to the important parts close to exchange and completion Shabana and Danyaal did not dissapoint, I cannot complain we are happy with the service provided and they were very professional and helpful throughout. Apart from the reply timing in the earlier stages I would recommend!!

Completed the conveyancing job satisfactorily. Unfortunately very impersonal service. Even when I requested call backs to discuss any legal issues no callbacks were forthcoming. Disappointing.
Professional, efficient, explained information as required. Process went smoothly.
Everyone in the team was extremely helpful. They always responded promptly when I had a question, or simply didn't understand something. They made sure that the other parties' solicitors were progressing the sale/purchase as quickly as possible. Altogether, I felt that I was in safe hands.
Thorough and diligent with enquiries to my seller's solicitor. Usually quick to respond to my questions and explaining the implications to me in "layman's terms". I was once mixed up, via an email, with another client but the error was quickly revoked.
