My Will

I had delayed formalising my will for such a long time, based on my belief that the process must be complicated and painful. Karen Miller guided me through the journey, explaining everything in detail and in a manner that was understandable. Once we had established my requirements, she prepared a draft document for me to review. I instantly felt relieved to have completed it, knowing that plans were in place should my family ever need to act on them. Karen was excellent in helping me achieve this.

Commercial lease renewal

Emma has been most supportive with the renewal of our commercial lease spanning the next 2 decades with our landlords entering 100 years of a joint partnership. Family Law

NAI children returning

Rachel helped me and my children when my children were removed due to NAI. Although we had a pool finding Rachel suggested to the court the resolutions assessment which led to the LA conducting a risk assessment of myself and I am now looking to work with a local family team and my children will be returned. Without Rachel and Ilke this would never be possible, their expertise are out of this world and nothing has ever been too much for either of them. Whether that is answering phone calls early morning to me panicking or emailing me back late nights on weekends to reassure me. Rachel has listened to every worry I have (and there’s been a lot) and reassured me time and time again. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for my family. They are truly amazing at what they do, they have saved my family. Thank you Rachel from the bottom of my heart!

Let me say after taking out legal action against my former employer I contacted woollens to represent me in my legal battle. I was guided towards Jon Dunkley who is woollens specialist employment solicitor. Jon started proceedings against my employer and guided me through the process and kept me in the loop at all times. My case was taken to employment tribunal to which I won due Jon’s hard work. I can’t thank him and woollens enough and as they have solicitors for all legal requirements I know we’re I will be going if am unfortunate enough to need representation going forward.
