    1st class conveyancing

    After a lengthy time trying to buy a home in North Devon and 3 properties falling through, I decided to use Nadia at Wollens as I was impressed with her work when she was conveyancing for someone else on another property that I had been trying to buy. Management companies that oversee buildings and estates are becoming more commonplace nowadays and at times they don't make things easy, but Nadia worked hard to make sure things worked. Nadia is highly recommended.

She was incredibly efficient, prompt and pragmatic in her responses, really clear and made the whole experience so smooth and reassuring for my family. Nothing was too much trouble, every query was met with courtesy and understanding. I just got the sense that everything was under control, and that it was standard practice to be so on the ball, and that they really cared about completing the task.
