I experienced a high level of communication, advice and support throughout my divorce, Donna and Lisa were never too busy to answer or explain anything I needed to know, no matter how simple, like most people, it was a new experience for me, and as challenging as some parts were, Donna made sure all the correct decisions were made by advising me at every turn and made the while process so much more bareable despite delays out of our control, Donna ensured all paperwork was filed in plenty of time, and without this firm/ Donna, I would not have managed to complete the divorce correctly, and efficiently as it was. Jill and Peter at Sills and Betteridge were amazing from start to finish. Peter made me feel like I wasn't alone and gave me the courage to act upon financial and marital issues. Jill eventually took over my case and for a year her kindness and compassion really helped me through that tough time. I felt like she became a friend who really understood my case and if she could help me in anyway she would. She went above and Beyond. From my very first meeting with Emily Whittley, I felt that I was in safe and capable hands. Emily Whitney She was great in handling my case. It took a while for legal aid to be approved but once it was she was onto of everything. She acted quickly and professionally in a short period of time. When it came to court I couldn't of ask any more. She got the best result possible and I am so happy with the result. I couldn’t recommend Charlotte and Ed highly enough. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my house and made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. What proved to be a particularly challenging and, at times, stressful process was handled with professionalism, patience and a genuine commitment to getting everything across the finishing line. I would highly recommend Sills & Betteridge. I recently dealt with Team Amy while purchasing two properties at the same time and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. I had already instructed another firm for one of the purchases before I came across Sills & Betteridge, so I was dealing with both firms at the same time. The difference was very noticeable. The quote was very reasonable, but what really impressed me was how quick, efficient and helpful Team Amy were throughout the whole process. They always responded so quickly to any questions I had and kept everything moving, which made the whole experience much easier. A special mention to Uros and Eve as well, who were both brilliant. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and really helpful. I’m genuinely very pleased with the service I received from Sills & Betteridge and would definitely recommend them. Jess Cooper once again sorts out a nightmare dispute and kept me calm and focused on the task in hand. Dealing with a very difficult co parent Jess remained professional and dealt with the issue at hand with her great experience making it another successful court appearance. Everytime Jess has represented me in court she has been able to make sure we have walked away with what is the right decision for my child and remained child focus the whole way through the 3 year that I have been working with her. I can not recommend Jess enough.
