This is about Abby as opposed to Ashtons. During my sale my life changed quite drastically not only changing things for me but for the purchase and sale of houses. Abbey was so supportive and understanding. Abbey remained professional but also was really human and supported me talking to others involved and when she wasn't in making sure there was someone else to answer my queries. I came to Ashtons with a complex partnership dispute, and Michael Frape made all the difference. He is calm, clear and relentless, and he kept me steady through the stressful stretches by always explaining the reasoning behind his advice.
