She was quickly recognised for her efficiency and attention to detail and promoted to the position of Personal Assistant to the Managing Partners. Throughout her time at Poole Alcock Marsha has become involved in all areas of the business, holding key administrative roles in our Conveyancing, Employment and Commercial departments. Marsha never fails to keep the client at the heart of everything she does and was the natural choice to head up our Client Onboarding team which we brought in in 2018.
