As a first time buyer, you hear rumours about how awful conveyancers can be, but my experience couldn't be further away from this cliche. After being dangerously close to losing a mortgage due to the actions of another solicitor (SAS Daniels, Stockport), Kate Heath and her team saved the day! As a landlord dealing with conveyancy solicitors is something I usually regard as a necessary evil, in this case the experience was entirely painless - the most quick, efficient and communicative conveyancy team I've come across. I have since recommended Kate on property networks and will definitely be using her again for future purchases.

Great service on the purchase of my property

Great team

Pleasantly uneventful!
Kate & team handled my house purchase. It was a stress-free experience. I didn’t have to do any chasing or constantly ask for updates. It was all done very efficiently and when I did have a query the team were very responsive. Thank you for making a difficult process pain-free!
