    Very efficient

    Having moved 3 times in 15 years and having had very poor experiences every time, it has been a delight to deal with Ellie. Here are the positives - super responsive - fixed fee, and we had an aborted transaction (with the first being very complicated with defects in title) but no complaints, same energy and positivity to go again, and no new/additional fee - you deal with a ‘team email’ and so others can pick things up if Ellie isn’t around (and they did, completing by 1130am while she was on holiday 😊)

    Ellie took on my case when another colleague was off work. Ellie quickly got to grips with the case and progressed everything as quickly as she could. I was really impressed by her commitment to progressing things as quickly as possible, her communication which was really appreciated and her levels of professionalism shown throughout.     I couldn't recommend Ellie highly enough. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable throughout what was an emotional time and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Although our sale wasn't entirely straight forward, Ellie guided us through every stage and always made the process feel simple and achievable.
