Millie was fantastic. I was waiting for a Title Split before I could complete and it left us with 9 days to get the mortgage completed which she did. She was clear about all the things needed to be done and expedited my case so she could get the job done. I cannot fault Millie or Poole Alcock the service was A plus!!

I received an initial call at the beginning of the transaction and was advised that the case would be in a position to complete rather quickly. Any delays were caused by my clients solicitors not yourselves. Very good service, I was kept updated and calls were answered and dealt with each time I called to check on progression.

After a false start where I tried to use the existing 'family' solicitor, I felt it necessary to do a little research before awarding the work to another Solicitor. Having spoken with several local firms, Nicky Armstrong at Poole Alcock (Nantwich) immediately gave me the confidence I was looking for. We engaged Poole Alcock and have been delighted with their - and in particular Nicky Armstrong's - performance in negotiating a commercial land contract.
