I cannot thank Tiffany and Dawn enough for all of their help and support throughout both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new home. The whole process was handled professionally, efficiently and with great communication from start to finish. Buying and selling at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but they made everything feel far more manageable and were always available to answer questions and keep me updated. What really stood out was the care and understanding shown during what was a very emotional and difficult period personally. I always felt reassured that everything was being dealt with properly and in my best interests. A special thank you to them both for being so patient, supportive and approachable throughout. Sills & Betteridge was recommended to me to use for a claim against a former employer, and from day one I was pleased with the information coming back to me from Simon Breedon. My claim was almost at the point of missing the deadline of 3 years, but Simon went out of his way to make sure that he would do everything in his power to make sure the deadline would be met. And I have to say after a very long time and circumstances that was not in his control the firm managed to get me a result which was satisfactory for me. And I would most certainly recommend Sills & Betteridge to other to use.

As jade will probably agree, my case has to be up there with some if not the most difficult of cases. Jade, her team & my barrister Olivia absolutely delivered the outcome I needed as a father. Not only did they get me contact with my daughter, they gave me a life worth living back. They restored my faith in the “system” for fathers. A mammoth case lasting the best part of 2 years dealt with by the most incredible team I have ever come across. I cannot thank them enough. Not only did they fill a daughter shaped hole in my heart, but they gave a little girl her father back. I will be forever grateful. There needs to be more stars for this review so I can absolutely fill every single one of them. Thank you all for all your hard work.

Had a very tough family case and I have to say Chrystal and Alex did amazing ! I was in touch with them constantly and I felt the support all the way through from the beginning till the very end when the case settles in my favour of course 🙏 I recommend this company 100% and both of the girls did a great job I can’t thank them enough 🙏🙏🙏
Avoid them unless you like to pay premium prices for virtually no service. We used S&B for conveyancing (buyers) and the entire experience was characterised by a lack of professionalism from all involved at S&B. In no particular order: Delayed or ignored communications, conflicting advice, chasing us for information they had never asked us to provide, and sent us emails not addressed to us. We even had to chase them 3 times over weeks to just get a quote for the next property after the first attempt fell through. When we escalated the matter to their senior legal partners they also didn't bother to respond. If this is the quality of their client visible work, you really have to wonder how much attention to detail goes in the legal work. Stay clear of this firm if you value your sanity.
