We are extremely pleased with how Harriet Richardson dealt with the estate of our late aunt. I recently purhcased a share of freehold flat in London and the process was complicated both by ambiguities in the governance arrangements of the freehold and last minute problems with the lender. In both cases Andrew from Ashtons did an excellent job in addressing these issues in a quick and effective manner whilst keeping me informed of developments. His calm, professional, and friendly approach combined with his diligence in reviewing the legal arrangements for the purchase made what could have been an incredibly stressful process relatively straightforwards. I would happily recommend Ashton's to anyone on the back of this experience.
