Jack has acted professional in a very short period of time on all aspects of the reactive support for Armtrac. He has remained calm and logical on all areas when there has been pressure exerted by the solicitor from the other parties. It is clear he has had a solid grounding with a good level of experience in similar cases. It would appear he is very comfortable with his ability and also when to seek guidance from partners to ensure Armtrac has received the best guidance in a compressed period. I came to Ashtons with a complex partnership dispute, and Michael Frape made all the difference. He is calm, clear and relentless, and he kept me steady through the stressful stretches by always explaining the reasoning behind his advice. He held firm on the points that counted, never overcomplicated things, and was genuinely sensitive to how much was riding on this for me and my family. He cared about the outcome in a real way. This was my first time using Ashtons legal, it was also my first time selling a property. It has been an experience i will not forget any time soon. Claire and the team have been great throughout, when my buyers and sellers have pulled out or had other complex situations going on i could always rely on Claire to get me an update when i began to think things were all falling apart again... Communication was swift and clear, if i was stuck with anything we sorted it and Claire always took my call. I'm sure the process would have been far more challenging for me had i not have had Ashtons and Claire to help me through it.
