Jack has acted professional in a very short period of time on all aspects of the reactive support for Armtrac. He has remained calm and logical on all areas when there has been pressure exerted by the solicitor from the other parties. It is clear he has had a solid grounding with a good level of experience in similar cases. It would appear he is very comfortable with his ability and also when to seek guidance from partners to ensure Armtrac has received the best guidance in a compressed period. I came to Ashtons with a complex partnership dispute, and Michael Frape made all the difference. He is calm, clear and relentless, and he kept me steady through the stressful stretches by always explaining the reasoning behind his advice. He held firm on the points that counted, never overcomplicated things, and was genuinely sensitive to how much was riding on this for me and my family. He cared about the outcome in a real way.
