Jack has acted professional in a very short period of time on all aspects of the reactive support for Armtrac. He has remained calm and logical on all areas when there has been pressure exerted by the solicitor from the other parties. It is clear he has had a solid grounding with a good level of experience in similar cases. It would appear he is very comfortable with his ability and also when to seek guidance from partners to ensure Armtrac has received the best guidance in a compressed period. I came to Ashtons with a complex partnership dispute, and Michael Frape made all the difference. He is calm, clear and relentless, and he kept me steady through the stressful stretches by always explaining the reasoning behind his advice. Michael Frape of Ashtons Legal provided excellent service in handling a professional negligence claim for me. The claim was very important to me, and Michael did a highly diligent and thorough job of putting together and pursuing the initial stages of the claim, with the appropriate level of attention to detail, always dealing with the case personally. Michael adapted his fees to reflect the nature and size of the case. Michael was then forced to relinquish the case on grounds of the economics, but he gave time in completing the final stage before the handover to my new solicitor and did everything he could to ensure that went smoothly. Eventually a settlement of the case was obtained and I will always be grateful for Ashtons Legal's part in this.
