Even when dealing with difference circumstances (eg. putting property into a trust), they surpassed 2 other reputable solicitors contacted for quotes in their understanding (and the only ones to actually give us correct information!) Super quick to answer any emails, always same day (even out of hours) and always answer the phone and their wise advice has undoubtedly saved us a lot of money over the years. Centrally located office with plenty of customer parking which is also appreciated. Would not recommend. These were acting for my buyer, pushed him not to buy due to an unadopted road (after 5 months) they knew this information in the first month!!! There are over 40,000 unadopted roads in the UK and I had an indemnity policy that I was willing to transfer and pay the cost. Thanks, you have wasted 5 months of my time and thousands of pounds.
