Fabulous! Richard and Jenny have been a Godsend, they are patient, understanding and above all professional. I have dealt with them over the death of both of my parents and on dealing with the two estates they have been incredible as they explain everything I need to know before time and in a very easy to understand way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I'd just lost my wife and needed to rewrite my will. Danielle made the whole process very easy to do. She was also very very understanding and supportive.

Jill and Peter at Sills and Betteridge were amazing from start to finish. Peter made me feel like I wasn't alone and gave me the courage to act upon financial and marital issues. We were honestly dreading moving house after hearing so many horror stories about conveyancers, but our experience was completely the opposite. Talisa and Rachel were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. Our sale and purchase started in October 2025 and finally completed in July 2026, so it was a long and, at times, incredibly complicated process. There were a number of issues along the way, particularly with our onward purchase, but Talisa and Rachel were always on hand, incredibly proactive and genuinely went the extra mile to help us get everything over the line (even doing the job of our sellers conveyancers from time to time - who were useless!) They were professional, responsive and reassuring throughout, and most importantly, made us feel like they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. Even when things became particularly stressful, we always felt that we were in safe hands. We have already recommended Talisa and Rachel to everyone we know and would 100% use them again in the future. From my very first meeting with Emily Whittley, I felt that I was in safe and capable hands. Emily Whitney She was great in handling my case. It took a while for legal aid to be approved but once it was she was onto of everything. She acted quickly and professionally in a short period of time. When it came to court I couldn't of ask any more. She got the best result possible and I am so happy with the result.
