Excellent service
We contacted Sills and Betteridge to re write our Wills. We were given an appointment in a timely manner to see Sarah at the Boston office. Nice office with pleasant efficient reception staff. Sarah listened very carefully to our situation and what our wishes were. She provided advice at appropriate times and gave examples which helped to explain further some of the issues. She took copious notes throughout the meeting. The appointment lasted just a few minutes short of an hour, she then explained the process going forward and the fee structure. We were told how long it would be before the drafts arrived but in reality it was much quicker. The drafts arrived promptly, only one very small item had to be changed which demonstrates the care taken during the initial consultation and putting together the drafts. Final drafts were accepted and the Wills subsequently signed at the office. The Wills that Sarah put together for us were exactly as we wanted but we wouldn’t have had a clue how to achieve it. The whole process from start to finish was easy and stress free, much of this down the way that Sarah conducts her business, she’s really pleasant, very personable and would be difficult not get along with. Cannot recommend Sarah and her firm highly enough. Thank you
