I have dealt with Sills & Betteridge Lincoln with conveyancing 3 times now and been both on the selling and buying end, and have to say their knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail and effectiveness are second to none. Even when dealing with difference circumstances (eg. putting property into a trust), they surpassed 2 other reputable solicitors contacted for quotes in their understanding (and the only ones to actually give us correct information!) Super quick to answer any emails, always same day (even out of hours) and always answer the phone and their wise advice has undoubtedly saved us a lot of money over the years. Centrally located office with plenty of customer parking which is also appreciated. Special shout out to Ellie and Ed who have consistently gone above and beyond to fight our corner and deliver positive outcomes every time. Thank you both so much for all your help!

Exceptional service from start to finish

I cannot recommend Conveyancing Team Kimberley Rose highly enough. I was dealing with the sale of my late mum’s house while living overseas, which added an extra layer of stress and anxiety to an already difficult process. From start to finish, the team were professional, patient, responsive and genuinely caring. One thing that meant a great deal to me was that whenever I called, I was always put through to someone who could help. This was always the same person in my case, so it was incredibly comforting to know that there was someone available to listen, explain what was happening and help calm me down when I inevitably had one of my many panic calls! A special thank you to Lucy Dixon for your incredible patience, particularly when various hurdles arose — including a few that I may have unnecessarily created myself! You made a stressful process feel so much more manageable. I’m genuinely sorry that this is where we part ways, because you have been such a pleasure to work with. Timeline - Completed in just 8 weeks I recently used this firm for the purchase of my second property in York, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
