Nothing was too much trouble for Chanel during the remortgage. Great communication and was always available on the phone when I needed my questions answered.

Chanel and the team were excellent throughout the process. Communication was consistently good, and Chanel was always happy to take my calls and answer any questions. At very short notice, she arranged for me to meet with a colleague to sign some documentation, as I was unable to arrange this through my local solicitors. Although this was a slightly stressful situation, I couldn’t fault Chanel and the team for their prompt response and willingness to help. The mortgage completion itself was handled efficiently and without any unnecessary stress, which was greatly appreciated. Money transfer was efficient and without issue Overall, I would happily rate the solicitors and the service provided 5 stars. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others. Thank you again to Chanel and the team for all their hard work.
