I was daunted after receiving a speeding ticket,penalty points and a hefty fine. I was out of the UK for a number of months. On my return I received post advising me of the decision a court had made. was a car crash experience from beginning to end Sarah Rowe took on my case and then failed to speak or provide any advice until the point i complained the day prior to my hearing. Truly shocking conduct leading to the hearing being adjourned.

S&B came recommended based on the fact that they keep the client informed regarding progress, which was important for me. My purchase should have been straightforward but a few complications extended the timeline, S&B were clearly more proactive that my seller's solicitor which was frustrating especially as my seller was as keen as I to complete. I thing S&B performed far better than others I have used and I'm sure had I used a competitor the process would have taken even longer. Very friendly and professional throughout.
