My wife and I had our Wills drawn up, we have assets which we wanted to ensure are distributed between our three children in the event of our deaths. We were given very clear advice how to ensure the children can legally inherit some of our assets in the event of one or either of us going into care and not losing it all to the Government. Everything was professionally handled, it was reviewed before finalising to ensure it met our needs and the staff were very friendly and approachable. Would definitely use again in the future if needed to.

After a very difficult and acrimonious divorce to settle both a child arrangement order and financial remedy, Lisa and her team were a constant source of stability and guidance throughout. I achieved a result in both Child arrangement proceedings and financial remedy that I was happy with.

We recently used Florence Gardner of Sills & Betteridge in Sleaford to prepare our wills. We received excellent service throughout. Florence is lovely; easy to talk to, knowledgeable and patient. She explained everything clearly and in as much detail as I required. I also like the fact she's very responsive and everything was done over email. We even had a 3-way lunch-time Teams call early in the process. Most solicitors I'ved used in the past insist on sending everything by post, take at least a week (usually longer) to respond to an email and look horrified if you suggest video calling. Not the cheapest but that's fine; in this case we felt we got great value for money. It also gives us peace of mind to know that when the time comes for our executors to need help and guidance, they'll have Florence in their corner. Florence is in a class of her own. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Having recently used Sills and Betteridge Lincoln in connection with Equity Release i found them most helpfull in all respects through to a satisfactory conclusion.In particular Richard Bussell and Malachy McGill who went to great lengths to accomodate my wishes.All in all a realy pleasant experience.I have no hesitation in recommending them.
We are elderly and what with all changes that Rachel Reeves is making we wanted to ensure that our children and grandchildren would not be penalised upon our passing. I contacted the Mediation Service on behalf of a Client. My questions were answered with clarity and my Client was able to speak to the Legal Adviser who informed him of the process. The clear and concise information enabled my Client to agree to Mediation. The Legal Adviser also sent an email with all the information required to reassure and confirm the procedure. We were dealt with politely and respectfully throughout the call and had no doubts as to the next steps.
