Sue at Sills & Betteridge handled the sale of my property in Quarrington, Sleaford, from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and enquiries from the buyer's solicitor were dealt with promptly and without fuss. There was a fair amount of complexity with the estate management fees and restrictive covenants on the property, but this was all handled professionally and explained clearly along the way. Would happily recommend Sue and the team to anyone selling in the area.

I have dealt with Sills & Betteridge Lincoln with conveyancing 3 times now and been both on the selling and buying end, and have to say their knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail and effectiveness are second to none. Even when dealing with difference circumstances (eg. putting property into a trust), they surpassed 2 other reputable solicitors contacted for quotes in their understanding (and the only ones to actually give us correct information!) Super quick to answer any emails, always same day (even out of hours) and always answer the phone and their wise advice has undoubtedly saved us a lot of money over the years. Centrally located office with plenty of customer parking which is also appreciated.
