Excellent and professional service from start to finish - Emily was first rate in taking us through all the options for our wills and patietly answering all our questions as we went along - highly recommended for those wanting to create new or update existing wills!

Fabulous! Richard and Jenny have been a Godsend, they are patient, understanding and above all professional. I have dealt with them over the death of both of my parents and on dealing with the two estates they have been incredible as they explain everything I need to know before time and in a very easy to understand way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I'd just lost my wife and needed to rewrite my will. Danielle made the whole process very easy to do. She was also very very understanding and supportive.

I have used Dawn and her team for buying and selling houses for a number of years, I will never go anywhere else, they are friendly, very efficient and explain things well. Things are also done in a timely manner, and a stressless as possible.

My experience with Sills & Betteridge has been shambolic. The process of selling my property was unnecessarily drawn out with a lack of any urgency or proactive action! The process was ultimately driven by the estate agent, who both chased and informed both sets of solicitors daily, trying to get them to communicate and move the sale forward with ongoing frustration from both myself and the buyer. I did not feel that the solicitors were acting for me, rather that they were an additional hurdle to deal with. Overall a very poor service, unprofessional and therefore I would not recommend.

Faye and Fiona were both amazing throughout the conveyancing process, when helping with the purchase of my first home. They were always happy to answer any questions that I had, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free, taking care of everything whilst keeping me fully informed every step of the way. Jess Cooper once again sorts out a nightmare dispute and kept me calm and focused on the task in hand. Dealing with a very difficult co parent Jess remained professional and dealt with the issue at hand with her great experience making it another successful court appearance. Everytime Jess has represented me in court she has been able to make sure we have walked away with what is the right decision for my child and remained child focus the whole way through the 3 year that I have been working with her. I can not recommend Jess enough.
