We have used Florence Gardner of Sills & Betteridge in Sleaford on more than one occasion during the last 2 years for advice, and to go through wills, prepare new ones, assist and advise with trusts and probate matters. I cannot rate Florence higher – Florence is lovely, very approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. When dealing with 2 close family members passing away in a short period, we could not have asked for any better with her exceptional knowledge and patience, given in a caring and compassionate manner. Florence is very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything, and was happy to go over anything more than once, without hesitation, to make sure we knew what we were doing. And that our decisions with new wills and decisions on probate, were the best for our needs. It was all very new and unexpected, and throughout, although we were out of our depth, we came away with piece of mind every time. Due to the exceptional service from Florence, we also used the conveyancing team at Sills to deal with 2 house sales, and were also very impressed with the service we were given there too. Without doubt, I would not hesitate to recommend Florence, and the Sills & Betteridge team in general.
