Kate provided us with excellent support through a sale that wasn't straightforward due to having tenants in situ and which had to be paused. Kate was very good at being available and responding to our calls and questions. Ultimately we had exchange and completion on the same day, not great for the nerves but we got there. We will not hesitate to use Kate's services again.

Our move was across over 200 miles and as we are both in our 70’s now it felt very daunting. However, we had nothing to worry about. Abby was very efficient every step of the way, patiently explaining the process and keeping us calm. Ashton’s Legal are one of the most professional firms of solicitors we have dealt with. If Abby was not available another member of the team knew exactly what was happening. We felt in safe hands throughout the whole process even though it all had to be done remotely because we lived 200 miles away. They were responsive, efficient, professional and always willing to answer our questions, no matter how small. Communication was clear and timely, and they consistently kept pace with us whenever we needed information or decisions quickly. Buying a house can be stressful, and we'd heard plenty of horror stories from friends and family about conveyancing solicitors.
