Millie was fantastic. I was waiting for a Title Split before I could complete and it left us with 9 days to get the mortgage completed which she did. She was clear about all the things needed to be done and expedited my case so she could get the job done. I cannot fault Millie or Poole Alcock the service was A plus!!

Chanel is very good, she answers the phone rather than using the 'can you send an email reception block' works fast, provides updates is very knowledgeable and communicates in clear plain English.
