Excellent Service from Start to Finish

I would highly recommend Richard and his team for the way they handled my personal injury claim following my accident in July 2022. The claim was unfortunately dragged out by the other side for a considerable amount of time, which was frustrating, but Richard remained professional and supportive throughout. He kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly and was always available whenever I had questions or needed advice. Over the four years that the claim took to reach its conclusion, I always felt that Richard was working hard on my behalf and had my best interests at heart. He dealt with the legal side of things professionally and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. In the end, Richard achieved a result that I was very happy with, and I am extremely grateful for all the work he put into my case. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Richard to anyone who needs a solicitor following an accident. He is professional, approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting the best possible outcome for his clients. I cannot thank Alex Barley enough for his incredible support with the clinical negligence claim following the tragic passing of my wife. My wife was incorrectly administered a Grade 4 (major harm) dose of Alemtuzumab instead of her prescribed medication, and sadly passed away seven months later. Throughout this incredibly painful and complex process, Alex was exceptionally professional, empathetic, and kept me informed every step of the way. Road traffic accident with an injury needing a hip replacement

Very prompt response. Simon Adamson engaged and listened attentively to my parents and worked at a pace that my parents were comfortable with. He explained the process clearly and simply. A superb solicitor - I cannot recommend her too highly

Rachel was excellent from the very word go: returning my Friday afternoon initial phone call on Saturday Morning! Not many solicitors do that. And then at each and every stage, her advice was clear, helpful and accurate. It was so good having her on board, especially as she had had some experience of dealing with my organization and knew a little of how their processes work. She was kindness itself when the day of the Police Interview came round and then taking the initiative in contacting the police subsequently to see where we were up to. And then relaying me the excellent news that the enquiry had been concluded, "no further action". Thank you for her very helpful follow-up letter, outlining possible rights of appeal: always good to know the whole picture, so that nothing can come as a complete surprise. Well, nothing after the bombshell of the initial complaint, I cannot praise Rachel enough: she came to me "highly recommended" and I can only pass on that recommendation to anyone else looking for a first-rate Solicitor. I would give her "six stars" if I could!
