    My worst experience with a law firm! Why can't I award zero stars?

    Just terrible. Why can't I give no stars? 5 months into property sale with little to no progress despite no chain either side. No one ever to speak to. Never get calls returned. Error after error have delayed us by months. No accountability and no apology. Submitted a complaint only to be threatened that further complaints will further delay things. I'm really unsure what to do.

    Although I had not heard of them before, I decided to use Poole Alcock Solicitors based on on-line reviews, my research of them and price. I'm pleased to say that it was a good decision. They handled my house sale efficiently and professionally reaching completion as quickly as they could have.
