Eve contacted us after we used Poole Alcock's online conveyancing estimate service. She was extremely approachable and knowledgeable, and made sure that we had a copy of all of our answers in writing for later referral. I reach out to the team at Poole Alcock solicitors and explained the situation I had with being made redundant. I was booked in the very next day for a consultation call with Tim Edgeley and we ran over my documents. Tim explained what a lot of the business lingo meant and what I needed to ensure I do, to cover my side of the contract. Tim & Kellie then liaised with my employer and had everything reviewed, signed and complete within 2 days!
