Really happy with communication from all of the team, Kate, Lindsay & Maisy work quickly even when there had been a delay from the seller's solicitor. We are aware solicitors get bad press but our experience was far from this.

Olivia was absolutely brilliant. When she called us to confirm completion, we were over the moon the service was so quick and efficient. We couldne be happier! We hope to deal with Poole Alcock again in the future
Fantastic service from Maisy and Kate. We ended up in a chain of 5 whilst buying and selling a house. Our exchange date was delayed five times due to legal issues within the chain. There wasn't a single legal glitch from Maisy. She had our legal work completed in good time, communicated with the bank so our money transferred on time and we suffered no more stress than necessary throughout the whole process. Maisy's communication with us was outstanding. Our queries were answer quickly and we were given regular updates throughout the whole process. In a chain of 5 it's easy to tell which solicitors are effective and get the job done and which don't. I'm pleased to say Maisy and Kate definitely get the job done.
Poole Alcock were very helpful and professional dealing with an agreement. All staff were polite and went the extra mile to help answer questions.

My overall impression was an extreme lack of communication, I don’t think I ever actually spoke to the solicitor handling my case. I received templated letters that were not specific to my case. Over all I was some what disappointed.

5 stars for Sophie Hancock and Jamie Riseley. A very positive experience and went out of their way to support me.
Absolutely shocking company ! It took these clowns 29 weeks to EXCHANGE ! Myself and my solicitor were emailing and phoning virtually every day after week 16 to ask why the delay . No chain and a first time buyer so why the delay ? Apart from this review we will be making formal complaints to the relevant authorities as their own complaints dept haven’t replied . Their conveyance teams simply didn’t understand Planning permissions and what “granted” means . DO NOT USE !!!!! Use a firm with more reviews .
