Cant fault the team, within an hour of me sending in a request I got a call and was booked in for a consultation for the next day. absolutely amazing service and great at explaining the legal terms in a way I could understand. Have managed to help me get the help I need and more. 100% recommend.
I filled in the contact request form on the Poole Alcock website and within 2 hours I was called back and a zoom/meeting set up for 2 days later with a senior solicitor/ partner. I’d also been contacted by Kellie one of the team - senior support assistant for various things that needed to be in order so we could progress the case efficiently. I was really impressed and then during the meeting with Jamie I found him to be exceptionally professional providing sound advice, discussing various circumstances affecting my situation and recommending different paths for resolution. I’ve found the company to be really professional and very responsive and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in future about other legal matters.

Helpful advice and excellent service
After having been unceremoniously and fairly traumatically knocked off my bike by a careless driver, based on word of mouth recommendation, I spoke to Anna Burns in the Poole Alcock Nantwich office for advice as to what the implications were for me - I was fairly shaken and the damage to my bike was catastrophic. The advice and service I received were not only very useful and on point, but extremely reassuring and ultimately I got precisely what I wanted/needed - can't recommend them and Anna highly enough.

Several different people were involved and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you to all involved
Absolute joke of an outfit. I called regarding a high-value commercial dispute and defamation claim, and they turned it down instantly because they are completely soft. They have zero stomach for a real corporate fight and just want easy, guaranteed cash upfront rather than actually earning their keep. Totally useless and unwilling to back independent professionals against corporate bullying. Don't waste your time with them.
