    Aldermore Remortgage - Excellent Service Throughout

    Millie was fantastic. I was waiting for a Title Split before I could complete and it left us with 9 days to get the mortgage completed which she did. She was clear about all the things needed to be done and expedited my case so she could get the job done. I cannot fault Millie or Poole Alcock the service was A plus!!

    I received an initial call at the beginning of the transaction and was advised that the case would be in a position to complete rather quickly. Any delays were caused by my clients solicitors not yourselves. Very good service, I was kept updated and calls were answered and dealt with each time I called to check on progression.
