Outstanding service from Poole Alcock. Every piece of communication was handled with professionalism and efficiency. I am relocating to the UK following the death of my husband in Tenerife and I felt that the level of explanation and support from the whole team was very reassuring and comforting. My parents are also in the process of finding a home in Cheshire and Poole Alcock and James will be their first choice for the conveyancing work.

James Williams team in Poole Alcock were very efficient, and supportive whilst selling my parents house for the estate. There were issues with the purchaser and the staff kept on top of the issues and concluded the sale effectively.

We were initially a little hesitant to instruct solicitors who weren't local to us, however Ellie and her team were outstanding and made our sale and purchase far less stressful than it could have been. Ellie was very communicative throughout the process and was always easy to get hold of if we had a question. She was very happy to speak with our mortgage advisor when we hit a complication with our purchase, (property across multiple titles), and updated us on the outcome of their discussion the same day. Couldn't recommend her and her team enough.
